Preserving the Harvest. Make Every Last Fruit & Vegetable Count.

Note to vegetable breeders: If you could come up with a cucumber
plant that doesnÂ’t go into overload,
youÂ’ll make a fortune. Once a cucumber plant gets
going, it goes into overload. Ditto zucchini, tomatoes, beans and
just about every fruit. OK, maybe I planted more than I could eat
